Q`s Dairy Sweet in Crawford

This ismall town, roadside, classic American Eatery is a Must if you are anywhere near Crawford, Nebraska. We were camping at nearby Fort Robinson State Park and stumbled across this culinary delight when we stopped for fuel next door on our way to Carhenge. The 1/3lb patties are thick and flavorful, and the toppings fresh & juicy. The "old-school" onion rings came with a side of ranch (as God intended), and my special request pineapple/blueberry shake was a treat indeed.*Pro Tip: get your order to go and enjoy it in the shade at the picnic tables at the picturesque visitor center with the Caboose on the corner.*Insider Tip: be extra kind to the personable staff, tip well, and ask about their homemade soup--it's worth coming back for!

Best hamburgers ever

We showed up very late, 15 mins before this place closed. We were hungry and surprised at the service! The friendly lady had been working all day and still made us Burgers (from raw hamburger-not a frozen patty) and HOMEMADE french fries! The food was amazing! I sure hope this little place makes it on the Nebraska Passport list for 2020! More people should see this cute little place!

Stopped there last weekend and grabbed a brownie sunday. It was delicious and a huge serving.

There aren't many places to eat around here, or get gas, but even if there were I would come here to eat.

Don't judge a book by it's cover...ugly on the outside but the food and drinks are excellent. The Reuben is really good and the cherry limeade is real with actual limes and cherries. You can tell everything is homemade.

After a hike up to Lovers leap we stumbled upon this little gem. The cherry shake was devine. The menu looks yummy maybe in a couple of days we’ll try the sandwiches.

Had a Ruben Sandwich and Dr. pepper bot hit the spot the food was delicious. Major props to the girl cooking.

My husband and I visited in May. Everything was delicious. Great service. Hometown atmosphere. I had the beef brisket on a baked potato slathered in cheddar cheese with a side of sour cream...oh my! I can't tell you how many times I have wished I was back in Crawford just for Irene's smoked brisket! Very affordable, large portions. She will make you anything you want any way you want it.

Sweet spot on are way to Mt. Rushmore. Good food and Friendly service.

The meal was absolutely amazing. the woman helping us was very pleasant. I would definitely eat here again.

Can't imagine eating anywhere else in Crawford! Irene has made everything we have asked for with perfection! We look forward to going there every time we come through the area and we enjoy the friendly conversations you get there too! Yes....the pulled pork is every bit as good as you hear it is!

Ordered a cheese burger and sweet potato fries. The portions were on the small side but other than that it was ok. Friendly service.

I was in the area to hunt and stopped in for a hot meal on a cold day.Good burger, friendly atmosphere and SURPRISE...The Best Espresso in Crawford.

Not sure how this place got any bad reviews,but it will not get one from me. Every thing in this place is homemade,including the coleslaw,potato salad,and French fries. They also make some of th best bbq sauce you will ever have.

Incredible pulled pork, extremely friendly service, and amazing atmosphere! Found this this little gem randomly in 2018 and will be making it an annual detour (120 mile round-trip) while on our Wyoming hunting trip, just to enjoy their pulled pork sandwich!! You have customers for life from Wisconsin!

About a 30 minute wait. The salad, burger and fries were just okay. Onion rings were really good.

This place is absolutely amazing. The best place to eat in town. All their smoked meats are the best I've ever had (especially the turkey) and Irene will go above and beyond to give you what you want to eat. Prices are great for what you get and it's always a friendly atmosphere. The place may be small but it will fulfill some damn big expectations.

Best milkshakes ever. Their straws are huge perfect for milkshakes. Highly recommend it.
